We are in the business of maintaining the independence of the elderly and those with disabilities or other difficulties. Patrick O’Callaghan
Patrick has a real passion for quality care. He started the company following the poor care that his own father received. Patrick is based within the office and works closely within the team, both operationally and strategically.
Patrick drives quality within the team with the help of the dedicated Care Manager, Nicky Cook.
Nicky Cook
Nicky has had a long career within the health and social care setting, and has gained much experience during her 30 years within the sector. Nicky treats everyone as an individual and respects service users choices and wishes. Nicky is often seen out in the community and has close working relationships with staff and service users and their families. Nicky has a diploma in health and social care Level 5.
Charlotte Davies
Charlotte is responsible for the co-ordinating role within the company. Charlotte has an excellent knowledge of the care industry, as a carer and also within an office role. Charlotte heads up an office team of 3 co-ordinators who all have hands on experience of care in the community.
Karen Jones
Karen has a wealth of experience in accounts and bookkeeping and deals with all the financial aspects for the Company, such as client invoicing, staff pay, cost analysis, client and staff finance queries and company funds and funding.
Veronica Franco
Veronica deals with recruitment, new starters and keeping our care plans up to date. Veronica has previous experience of working with the public and within a care environment. Veronica has a friendly personality and always likes to go the extra mile to help people.
Dione Maher
Dione joined our team in mid-2021 and has taken to the role really well, Dione has experience of both domiciliary care and working within a Hospital environment. Dione has a warm calming nature which people find comforting.
Luke Miles
Luke has a great knowledge of the care industry; he has experience of caring in the community and recently joined the co-coordinating team in the office. Luke is friendly and approachable and well-liked by our service users.
Nevita Seecharran
Nevita has experience in care in the community and as a coordinator in the office; Nevita has a warm and friendly approach to her role.
Jill Goodwin
Jill has worked with our company since 2012. She has over twenty years’ experience working within the field of HR and is very approachable and down to earth. She has worked hard to ensure that our company complies with legislation and policies and procedures are up to date.
Co-ordinating Team
Our Co-ordinating Team consists of Charlotte Davies (Service Manager), Luke Miles, Dione Maher and Nevita Seecharran. The co-ordinating team plan the rotas for our care staff ensuring your care visits are covered in a timely manner and deal with any queries from existing clients and enquiries from new clients. Charlotte, Luke, and Dione are experienced carers and understand the role both in and out of the office.
Care Staff
We have an outstanding home care team who genuinely care about our service users, and always treat them with respect and ensure that their dignity is upheld at all times - this is not something we just say, it really happens! Our well trained and qualified staff are happy to go the extra mile to provide the best possible outcome for our service users. Our staffs treat everyone as an individual regarding of race, disability, sexual orientation or age. Our care staffs are trained in-house to an excellent level.
Onsite Training Facilities
We are fortunate enough to have our own training facilities onsite and our own trainer. This means that we can train our staff as soon as possible following recruitment. Our Trainer is available to visit service users homes to give advise and guidance where needed. Our Trainer has a good knowledge of the care sector and keeps updated with her skills. Our training suite is fully equipped for learners and our trainer is on hand to advise current and new staff when ever needed.
