Assistance to have a shower or bath. Washing. Toileting assistance and continence care.

Friendship and a chat, help with general tasks such as sorting out post and making appointments, escort for days out, accompanying to appointments such as doctors, dentists and Hospital.
Support to take medication in a timely fashion, we are able to administer or prompt medication. Fully accurate records are kept enabling you, a relative and /or medical professional to see exact dosages and frequency of prompting/ administering of medication.
Food preparation and cooking, cleaning and household chores. Linen and laundry, shopping.
Support with a sitting service to enable family or live in carer a break. Or to cover for the main carer to attend appointments etc.
Temporary support following a hospital visit, including daily visits and sleep/awake nights.
You may want the reassurance of having a trained member of care staff sleeping in your home for support should you or a loved one wake up distressed in the night, or you might want a care assistant to be present and sit awake with you or a family member to help support with personal care and /or medication throughout the night.
